The fit interview
Our fit interviews are an integral part of our hiring process. Usually occurring after the first or second interview, fit interviews provide a chance for you and your potential team members to meet and get to know each other in an informal setting and assess whether you make a good fit for one another.
Discussions in these interviews cover a range of topics, from projects on the go to life outside the office. There are no scripts and no right or wrong answers. It's simply a group of people sitting down and finding common ground.
