CoreFocus provides over 2,500 ready-to-use SMART Notebook software activities to help students develop foundational math and literacy skills. Designed to support skill progression, the activities are organized by pre-emerging, emerging, developing and developed skill levels. With the built-in assessment tools, including question sets for the SMART Response interactive response system, you can gain a full picture of student understanding as you progress through the activities. CoreFocus includes student portfolios, where you can store work samples, track progress and share information with parents during conferences.
Add and customize content
With CoreFocus, you can import your existing SMART Notebook software content into and add it to the searchable library. All of the 2,500+ activities included in CoreFocus can be modified, and you can save your custom version to the library for future use. Create your own lessons with the included templates and gallery containing 1,000 graphics and images. The intelligent search tool can search all of the activities by keywords, curriculum standards or skill level.
Plan ahead with the intuitive activity calendar
CoreFocus includes a daily activity calendar for preparing lessons. It enables you to schedule activities days, weeks or months in advance and create lesson plans for individual students, groups, classrooms or multiple classrooms – all from one place. When it's time to begin your lesson, you can instantly launch the scheduled activities from the calendar.
