Relevant courses are grouped together into learning paths, making it easy for you to begin on the road to technical expertise:
- Level 1 learning paths consist of interactive, self-paced courses that you can complete any time, in any place and at your own pace. The courses include theory, scenarios, rich multimedia and graphics. Each course is reinforced with a graded assessment that you must complete before continuing to the next course in the path.
- Level 2 learning paths consist of face-to-face technical training facilitated by SMART Certified Technical Trainers. The courses include information on troubleshooting and servicing advanced components, and hands-on labs that supplement the instruction. Each course is reinforced with a graded assessment that you must complete before continuing to the next course in the path.
Program requirements
Technical support professionals are required to complete all required courses in the paths for which they register. The software system administrator courses are an optional component of each path, and you should only select those that apply to your situation.
