Submit a question directly to the technical support team or start a live online chat with our technical support staff - they’re available 13 hours each business day. You can also get online help 24 hours a day anytime during the week by viewing our online training materials and through SMART’s online knowledge base - a searchable database containing over 1,500 how-to, technical and troubleshooting documents.

The SPU will automatically notify you when an upgrade is available and will guide you through the upgrading process. This ensures you are always working with the latest innovations from SMART.

Product warranty

With SMART, you can be confident that we stand behind our products. We offer a 3 year warranty on most products, including the projectors for our integrated systems. And, if you register your SMART Board interactive whiteboard within 2 years of purchase, the warranty will be extended to 5 years.
