Thousands of students in the Castilla y León and Galicia regions will benefit from tech-based learning
CALGARY, ALBERTA --- January 25, 2007 --- SMART Technologies Inc. announces the installation of an additional 750 SMART Board™ interactive whiteboards in the Castilla y León and Galicia autonomous regions in Spain. These SMART Board interactive whiteboards will be used in pre-school and primary classrooms throughout the two regions. The significant installation – 350 units in Castilla y León and 400 more in Galicia – reinforces SMART’s leadership in the interactive whiteboard market segment in Spain, where it holds approximately 70 percent of this market, according to company sales data.
