Our team of more than 100 trained and knowledgeable customer service staff and technicians can provide support in 30 different languages. They can be contacted via online chat or by telephone toll-free 13 hours each business day. You can also get help online 24 hours a day, any day, through SMART’s online knowledge base - a searchable database containing over 1,500 how-to, technical and troubleshooting documents.

Product warranty

You can be confident that SMART stands behind our products. We offer a 3-year warranty on most products, including the projectors for our integrated systems. And, if you register your SMART Board interactive whiteboard within 2 years of purchase, the warranty on the interactive whiteboard will be extended to 5 years.
