Issue
When Microsoft Office 2004 is installed on your Mac computer, these math symbols don’t display correctly in the XE mode of SMART Response software:
Cause
Microsoft Office 2004 includes an earlier version of the MT Extra font.
Solution
You can resolve this issue by deleting the earlier version of the MT Extra font located in /Users/{CurrentUser}/Library/Fonts, and then your computer will use the newer version
located in /System/Library/Fonts, as the default.
To delete the earlier version of the MT Extra font
- In Finder, go to /Users/{CurrentUser}/Library/Fonts.
