You can also get help online 24 hours a day, any day, through SMART’s online knowledge base - a searchable database containing over 1,500 how-to, technical and troubleshooting documents.

Product warranty

You can be confident that SMART stands behind our products. We offer a 3-year warranty on most products, including the projectors for our integrated systems. And, if you register your SMART Board interactive whiteboard within 2 years of purchase, the warranty on the interactive whiteboard will be extended to 5 years.
