Overview
This document gives the links to the SMART Parts Store and support options available for it. The SMART Parts Store enables you to find and order replacement parts for your SMART products. You can also access the SMART Support website which has links to parts diagrams containing part numbers that you can use to order replacement parts from your local authorized reseller.

SMART Parts Store
The SMART Parts Store enables you to quickly find and order replacement parts for your SMART products. You can find replacement pens, power cords, remote controls, battery packs, projector bulbs and more. Browse for products by category, view a full product catalog or use the search function to find the replacement part you’re looking for. To order an item, simply add it to your shopping cart, and then continue to browse or proceed to the checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. currency.

Finding a reseller
To find a reseller near you, go to smarttech.com/wheretobuy. If you know the model number of your product, provide it to your reseller. Refer to the parts diagram to identify a specific part for your product. Resellers also carry hardware, including knobs, screws, spacers, nuts, bolts, washers and hex keys.
To find the parts diagram for your product

Go to smarttech.com/support.

Click your product, and then click its model number.
If you don’t see your product, click Complete list of SMART products.

Scroll to Parts Diagrams (Part Numbers) and follow the corresponding link.
You can also contact your reseller if you need parts not found on the SMART website, such as cables, to install your SMART product.
