Computer Stops Responding With SynchronEyes Software

Issue

When you remotely log off a student’s computer using SynchronEyes software, the student’s computer stops responding or logs off incorrectly.

Solution

There is currently no solution to this issue. Avoid using the remote log off option with these operating systems, or select a different remote log off option.
