This document explains how to determine the product key of your SMART Sync software.

Details

To find your 22-character product key

For SMART Sync 7 software or earlier

Open SMART Sync Teacher software and select Help > About Sync.

For SMART Sync 2009 and 2010 software

See the order confirmation e-mail that you received from SMART Technologies. If you didn’t receive an e-mail, contact SMART Support.

For SMART Sync 2011 software

  1. Select Start > All Programs > SMART Technologies > SMART Product Update.

    The SMART Product Update window appears.

  2. Select SMART Sync Teacher, and then select View product key.

    The Product Keys window appears and displays your SMART Sync software’s product key.

  3. Press OK.
