Determining the serial number of SMART Ideas concept-mapping software

This document explains how to determine the serial number of SMART Ideas software.

Details

To view serial number information, consult the back of the software box or the back of the CD case. You can also find serial number information in SMART Ideas software.

If you’re using SMART Ideas software for the Windows operating system, select Help > About SMART Ideas. The number follows the format: SIxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

If you’re using SMART Ideas software for the Mac OS X operating system, select SMART Ideas > About SMART Ideas. The serial number follows the same format as the Windows version:SIxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
