Overview
This document explains how to determine the serial number of a SMART Podium interactive pen display.
Note
You can use this serial number to obtain a product key for SMART Notebook collaborative learning software.
Details
The serial number’s location and format depend on which model of interactive pen display you have.
SMART Podium 500 series interactive pen displays
The serial number consists of 13 alphanumeric characters and is in one of the following locations:

If you have an SP518, the serial number is located on the back of the display, on the left side.

If you have an SP524, the serial number is located on the back of the display, near the bottom, in the middle.
SMART Podium ID422w interactive pen displays
The serial number is located on the back of the display, near the bottom, in the middle. The number consists of 10 alphanumeric characters.
SMART Podium DT770 interactive pen displays
The serial number is located on the back of the display, on the left side. The number consists of 11 alphanumeric characters.
SMART Podium 300 series interactive pen displays
The serial number is located on the back of the display, near the bottom, in the middle. The number consists of nine alphanumeric characters.
SMART Podium ID250 interactive pen displays
The serial number is located on the back of the display, near the bottom, in the middle. The number consists of nine alphanumeric characters.
