Technical Training

The Level 2A offering has two main paths that individuals can choose to pursue:
	SMART Board 600/600i Series interactive whiteboard Factory Trained Technician
	Rear Projection SMART Board interactive whiteboard Factory Trained Technician

Each of these offerings is delivered in a full-day format, either on-site or at a SMART organized training event. The Level 2A offerings gives participants the knowledge and skills they need to effectively support end users. Level 2A Technical Training is led by a SMART Certified Technical Trainer who is intimately familiar with SMART Board interactive whiteboard technology and service. By the conclusion of the training participants will be comfortable troubleshooting, diagnosing and performing basic maintenance on the SMART Board 600 and 600i/600i2 series.

The prerequisite for this session is to attend the Level 1 Online Technical Training.
