SMART Programs - Full-Day Sessions

These full-day, in-depth sessions are held at your location and are designed to help you master your SMART products. The sessions offer hands-on practice and discussions about integrating SMART Products into your workplace, as well as advanced product features.

What to Expect
Instructor-led training and support from a SMART trainer
Detailed information delivered in a modular format
Discussions that help you relate what you've learned to your work
Discussions about advanced product features
Interactive, hands-on activities that provide a chance to apply your new skills

Materials
Participants will receive a copy of SMART’s Learner Workbook, which includes reference material, step-by-step activities and quizzes. This workbook is used during the session and is ideal for future reference.

Class Size
Each session is designed to accommodate a maximum of 15 participants, in order to maintain a hands-on, interactive learning environment.

Full-day sessions are available for

Notebook software - Level 1
Notebook software - Level 2

Customer Requirements
For all sessions, you will need to provide:
A room that will comfortably hold 15 participants and an instructor
Snacks or refreshments you feel are appropriate for a full-day session
Any necessary equipment (see table)

 
Interactive Hardware Sessions
A computer with Windows 98 or higher, or Macintosh OS X version 10.1.5 or higher
SMART Board interactive whiteboard or Sympodium interactive lectern
Digital projector (or plasma panel if using a SMART Board for Plasma Displays interactive whiteboard)
Access to a computer network*
Recommended

Networked computer lab

*This may be via a participant's login or temporary access for the SMART trainer.

NOTE: All participants should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows or Mac operating systems prior to the session.
