New program ensures high-quality support and rapid repair turnaround

The SMART Projector Care program makes it simple and efficient for technology directors to maintain their projector implementations. Upon registration, education customers will receive an extended warranty on projector lamps, access to specially trained projector technicians who can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, rapid repair turnaround and preferential pricing for lamps, upgrades and spare projectors. Education customers also receive a complimentary upgrade to SMART Projector Care Plus, a premium service that offers all the features of the SMART Projector Care program and two upgraded options – expedited shipping and advanced projector replacement, which guarantees replacement projectors will be shipped within 24 hours. The SMART Projector Care program is now available globally at no charge for education customers.
The SMART Projector Care program provides a rapid five-day repair turnaround time via strategically located repair centers around the world. An advanced replacement option, whereby a replacement projector is shipped within 24 hours of SMART identifying a failed unit, ensures minimal classroom downtime. SMART maintains rigorous performance specifications for its projectors – including stringent dust specifications and design and assembly standards – and conducts extensive end-user and ongoing reliability testing to ensure that SMART projectors will withstand daily classroom use, and all SMART projector lamps are backed by a one-year, 1,000-hour lamp warranty.
