  • Overview: An introduction to the SMART Table, including features, specifications and how it works
  • Installation: Learn how to set up and configure the required hardware and software components
  • Maintanence:Learn how to administer, update and maintain the SMART Table software and hardware
  • Servicing: Learn how to perform hands-on field servicing tasks on SMART Table software and hardware
  • Troubleshooting: Learn how to diagnose and solve some troubleshooting scenarios that might encounter in the field
  • Additional Resources: Discover other available resources to help you make the most of your SMART Table and other SMART products

  • Guided, hands-on experience diagnosing and servicing troubleshooting scenarios you might encounter in the field
  • The knowledge, information and skills necessary to provide end-to-end support for hardware and software related issues

Any technical support, customer service or information systems technicians responsible for installing, maintaining or troubleshooting the SMART Table interactive learning center

Customer requirements

  • All participants must have basic technical troubleshooting skills prior to attending this session
  • A SMART Table interactive learning center must be available for this training session
