Level 2 Technical Training - Private Training Event

Learn how to provide effective technical support for end users of the SMART Board 600, 600i and 800 series interactive whiteboard at a full-day, private session.

What to expect?

  • Each session is led by a SMART Technical Trainer who is extremely familiar with SMART Board interactive whiteboard technology and service
  • By the end of the session, you’ll be comfortable troubleshooting, diagnosing and performing basic service work for the SMART Board 600, 600i or 800 series interactive whiteboard, and the Unifi series projector.
  • You will receive a collection of useful installation and technical information
  • Ample time will be provided for discussions, questions and answers that will help you relate what you’ve learned to your work
  • All participants will have extensive opportunities for hands-on learning

  • Detailed component description: Learn about the separate components of the SMART Board interactive whiteboard and Unifi projector
  • Theory and operation: Get detailed insight into how SMART products work
  • Servicing: Learn how to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Installation and connection: Learn how to install the product and understand common connection issues
  • Accessories: Find out about the accessories that are available for the SMART Board interactive whiteboard
  • Troubleshooting: Learn troubleshooting tips to resolve common issues

Who should attend?

Anyone in your organization who maintains, supports or services SMART Board interactive whiteboards.

Customer requirements for on-site sessions

  • A room that comfortably holds the participants and the SMART Technical Trainer, and that has an area large enough to assemble and disassemble the SMART Board interactive whiteboard
  • A SMART Board 600 or 800 series interactive whiteboard with the integrated projector or a third-party projector (necessary for the SMART Technical Trainer to deliver the presentation)
  • Access to the Internet (recommended but not required)
  • Access to a computer network (recommended but not required)
