SMART Certified Trainer for SMART Meeting Pro –
Two-Day Private Event
What to expect
During this event, you review and learn all the ways to use SMART Meeting Pro and apply it in different industries with different workflows.
For two days you also observe the sequence, emphasis and delivery method that a SMART Certified Trainer (SCT) uses to facilitate a training session. You receive facilitation practice and skills coaching that can help you deliver the high-quality SMART Meeting Pro training sessions your customers expect.
The program includes post-certification requirements that must be completed before you receive accreditation.

- Official SMART certificates to award to participants in your SMART training sessions

Preparation
Participants receive the following materials:
- SMART Introductory Training for Business Facilitator's Guide – the complete reference for delivering a SMART training session
- SMART Meeting Pro 3.0 Reference Guide
- Presentation files, videos, and quick reference documents
Pre- and post-certification requirements
Certification candidates must:
- Have intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Windows O/S
- Complete prerequisites found on the SMART Learning Space
- Submit a video of their work for assessment
- Bring a laptop with the most current version of SMART Meeting Pro software installed. Browse to smarttech.com/downloads to update your software.
- Successfully pass all assessments, including an online certification assessment within 90 days of attending training
Once all paperwork is complete, SCTs are granted access to demonstration files, training presentation files, customer needs assessment forms and product user guides.
Note: SCTs may be required to successfully complete an annual online assessment to maintain their designation.
