Important

• Only perform this firmware upgrade if you're experiencing issues with your SMART Board 6052i interactive display.
• Don't rename the .bin file when you download it to your computer.

To download and install the firmware for Windows operating systems

1. Right-click this SMART Board Interactive Display 6052i download link, and then select Save Target As.
   
   A Save As dialog box appears. 
2. Browse to C:\Program Files\SMART Technologies\SMART Board Drivers\Firmware\SP2, and then click Save.
3. Browse to C:\Program Files\SMART Technologies\SMART Product Drivers, and then double-click SMARTFirmwareUpdater.exe.
   
   The SMART Firmware Upgrade Wizard appears.
4. Select the SMART Board interactive display (SC11) check box, and then click Next.
5. Follow the instructions in the wizard to complete the firmware installation. 

To download and install the firmware for Mac computers

1. Control-click this SMART Board Interactive Display 6052i download link, and then select Download Linked File As.
2. Save the .bin file to your desktop.
3. Move the .bin file to Macintosh HD\Library\Application Support\SMART Technologies\SMART Board drivers\Firmware\SP2.
4. Browse to Application\SMART Product Drivers\Additional Tools, and then double-click SMART Firmware Updater.app.
   
   The SMART Firmware Upgrade Wizard appears.
5. Follow the instructions in the wizard to complete the firmware installation.
