To install the SMART GoWire auto-launch cable for business updater

Double-click the file you downloaded, and then follow the on-screen instructions. 

NOTES:

• You need administrator privileges to run the updater.
• You can update one SMART GoWire auto-launch cable at a time.
• Exit SMART Meeting Pro software before you start the updater.
• If you're updating from version 2.3 and earlier, your software settings are not saved.

When using your SMART GoWire auto-launch cable

SMART Ink requires the following software to be on your computer:

• Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile
• Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Office

If your computer doesn't have this software and you have administrator privileges, your SMART GoWire auto-launch cable installs it.

• Windows XP SP3 (minimum) or Windows 7 operating system
• 2 GHz dual core or better processor
• 1 GB RAM (Windows XP operating system) or 4 GB RAM (Windows 7 operating system)
• 1 GB of free hard disk space
• DirectX 9 capable video card with discrete 256 MB VRAM
• DirectX 9 or later (recommended)
• 10 Mbps network connection (100 Mbps recommended) supporting TCP/IP
• Available powered USB port

two groups of language packs for handwriting recognition:
