Important: You must have SMART Product Drivers 11, available in the Education Software Installer, installed before installing this service pack.

NOTES:

• If you do not enter product keys after installing the software, you will have a 30-day trial period. You can enter product keys at any time after installation.
• You can retrieve your SMART Notebook product key if you've already registered your eligible SMART product.

To get SMART software product keys

• SMART Product Drivers
  No product key required.

• SMART Notebook software
  Register your eligible SMART Hardware product.You can retrieve your SMART Notebook product key if you've already registered your eligible SMART product.

• SMART Response software for SMART Response VE
  Purchase the software from your SMART reseller who will provide a product key.

• SMART Response software for SMART Response PE, LE, XE or Senteo
  After software installation, connect your SMART Response receiver to your computer. No product key is required.

• SMART Notebook 3D Tools software
  Purchase the software from your SMART reseller who will provide a product key.
  OR
  After software installation, connect your SMART Document Camera to your computer to activate SMART Notebook Mixed Reality software, which includes SMART Notebook 3D Tools software. No product key is required.

• SMART Sync software 
  Purchase the software from your SMART reseller who will provide a product key.

To install SMART software

1. Get SMART software product keys (see Activation instructions, above)

2. Click the Download button above and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
   IMPORTANT: Some components of the Education Software Installer require an Internet connection.

3. After the software installation is complete, you can enter your product keys to activate the software.
   NOTE: If you don't enter a product key, you start a 30-day software trial. You can enter product keys at any time after installation.

4. Download and install service pack 1 for SMART Product Drivers 11.

• Intel processor (1.5 GHz or faster recommended)
• 1 GB of RAM
• 2 GB of free hard disk space
• Mac OS X 10.6 or 10.7
• Adobe Flash Player 11.1 or later
• Safari application program 4.0.2 or later
