Issue

After your Mac computer exits Sleep mode, your SMART Response receiver might stop responding.

Details

If you put your Mac computer into Sleep mode, either by selecting Sleep from the Apple menu or by closing your laptop, your SMART Response receiver might behave unexpectedly. When the computer exits Sleep mode, the receiver's Ready light turns yellow and the receiver stops-responding. Clicker users are unable to connect or sign in to the class.
