CALGARY, Canada – June 23, 2019 – SMART Technologies, a global leader in interactive education technology, announced today that its latest lineup of solutions and services will be showcased at the International Society for Technology in Education Conference (ISTE) in Philadelphia from June 23-26, 2019. Known for its 30-year legacy in education as a premium education provider, SMART’s lineup and range of SMART Board interactive displays includes free software and offers purchasers a variety of options for every implementation and budget. Advancements in SMART’s software platform, SMART Learning Suite, now includes integration with G Suite for Education and availability in a cloud-based or desktop format.

SMART interactive solutions and services on display at ISTE

Throughout the three-day event, students, teachers and SMART experts will demonstrate interactive solutions and resources including:

  • SMART Board® interactive displays, available and shown in three different series at ISTE, feature walk up and use iQ Android™ embedded computing, and proprietary Simultaneous Tool Differentiation for the most natural collaborative experience – all at a price within reach.
  • As always, SMART provides free learning software in SMART Notebook® basic version and SMART Ink®, empowering teachers to transform static content into interactive lessons. In addition, all SMART Board® displays include a bonus one-year subscription to SMART Learning Suite including the cloud-based online experience. This easy-to-use, on-demand learning platform provides a comprehensive catalog of courses created by educators for educators – for SMART, Google, Apple®, Microsoft® and so much more – while also providing tools to administer, track and scale training.

ISTE visitors can also experience SMART’s 30-year legacy and commitment to education by hearing directly from community leaders and students directly.

Throughout the conference at SMART booth #2400, representatives, teachers and students from the School District of Philadelphia will present lesson content, strategies and success stories with SMART solutions. A session on Monday, June 24 at 3 pm on Building Capacity will be delivered by Michelle Harris, Director of Education Technology and Luke Bilger, Senior Project Manager for the School District of Philadelphia. Hear from students solving education challenges
