Unbound Workspace

Work takes on a life of its own. Don't be limited by space. Pan the screen over and you'll have more space to keep writing on, while staying in the same file all the time. Navigate back to earlier content using the map at the top right of the screen.

Leverage multiple displays

Some projects need more people. Bring them all into the project. Wherever they are, you can connect each display to the same workspace. So your team in London can write their thoughts and your team in New York will see them appear immediately.

Exchange and Office 365 integration

Sync your Microsoft Office calendar with SMART Meeting Pro meetings. Access attachments, the agenda and view the attendee list, as well as have the notes sent out automatically after the meeting if you wish.

Adobe PDF integration

Write in Adobe PDF files. All contributions are attributed to whoever wrote them. Remote participants can write in the files via SMART Bridgit software. You can also instantly import PDF files into the Meeting Pro workspace.

Unbound Workspace

Bring ink, images, hyperlinks, text notes, and other content into the virtually unlimited collaboration workspace. Pan in any direction (without limitation), zoom in and work with the details or zoom out to see an overview.

Radar View

Keep a maps-style overview of your content that shows your current location and content that is outside of your current view, as well as navigate to different areas of your workspace.

Multi-Display Capability

In a multi-display setup, view the same collaboration workspace with real-time annotation across all views on up to 16 displays (running from a single computer). You can work on a zoomed-in detailed view while keeping the zoomed-out contextual view on a separate connected display.


Control which content appears on which screen to ensure you get the most out of your multi-display setup.

Interacting with content is smoother and more natural and the software supports larger files than ever before in the Unbound Workspace.

SMART Bridgit conferencing software

A license to SMART Bridgit lets remote participants join meetings remotely and write over content in the workspace. It's as if they're in the room. A separate license is required for Bridgit.
