Adobe Flash Player objects don't play in SMART Notebook software
||SMART Notebook collaborative learning software
||Windows operating systems
Adobe Flash Player objects in SMART Notebook software (such as Dice or Spinner) don't play when you browse back to a page that you previously viewed. This issue occurs when you browse by selecting the thumbnail of the page in the page sorter.
A software bug in Adobe Flash Active X control causes Adobe Flash Player objects not to play in SMART Notebook software. SMART has reported this bug with Adobe. We encourage users to join the discussion and vote to have Adobe correct the issue. Here's a link to the reported bug on the Adobe website: https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=4011520
A workaround for this issue is to browse SMART Notebook pages with the arrow buttons on the toolbar instead of selecting pages from the page sorter.
