As part of a global initiative to accelerate digital inclusion, SMART Technologies, in partnership with The N50 Project, is helping bring edtech transformation to classrooms across Kenya.
In collaboration with partners Intel, ApplianSys, and Learning Upgrade, the N50 Project has equipped The Excellence School, a Private Secondary School in Nairobi, with essential tools for digital learning—including desktop computers and SMART Boards. These installations provide teachers and students with reliable access to technology and the internet, unlocking new possibilities for teaching, learning, and digital literacy.
Launched in 2024, the EdTech Equity Initiative—led by N50 and proudly sponsored by SMART Technologies—aims to close the digital divide by ensuring equitable access to technology for underserved communities. Through this initiative, students who were once excluded from digital opportunities are now fully equipped to participate and thrive in a connected world.
