Does Lumio require a software download?
No! Lumio can be used on the browser without a software download.
Users looking for an integrated experience can optionally download the free browser app or use the Lumio app on select SMART Board interactive displays.

How do students join Lumio lessons?
There are several ways students can join a Lumio lesson:
- Go to the Lumio join page and enter the teacher’s unique classroom code
- Scan the lesson’s QR code that appears on the pre-lesson screen
- Share the lesson’s unique join link with the class

Can I import my existing files into Lumio?Yes! You can import and edit PDF, Google Slides, PPT, and SMART Notebook files into Lumio lessons. When editing a lesson you can insert PNG and JPG images.

Can I go back and revisit student work after the session is delivered?Yes! Lumio’s Class sessions functionality enables teachers to review student work during and after a Lumio lesson has been delivered.
