  • Do students require Lumio licences?
    No, students can simply sign in with their school's Google/Microsoft accounts. Student sign-ins do not count towards the number of licences consumed.
  • How do I renew my Lumio subscription?

    Individual plans:

    • Subscriptions purchased online for the Standard plan will automatically renew. No action is required on your part; your subscription will continue without interruption.

    Organisation plans:

    • When it’s time to renew multiple licences, your administrator will receive an email with instructions and details on how to complete the renewal process.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    You can purchase the Standard plan using:
