With more than 40,000 people registered for Bett 2023 at the ExCel Center in London, it’s sure to be a great week of connecting with educators and leaders from all across the world.
Beginning Wednesday, SMART and Lumio will be in the Bett exhibit hall, and also hosting meetings and sessions in the SMART VIP Capital Lounge. If you’re at Bett, stop by the our booth to say hi and learn about all that SMART and Lumio has to offer.
What to expect at Bett 2023
As the Global Education Leadership Partner at Bett 2023, we’re focusing on EdTech sustainability, accessibility, as well as security and data privacy as part of our conversations. We have two roundtable sessions being held in the VIP Suite, with educators from the UK, Europe, and the US bringing their voices to the table to discuss the important topics of sustainable EdTech purchasing, and accessibility for classrooms. We’re also hosting a lunch for Multi-Academy Trust leaders as a chance to network with one another and problem solves together around key topics that are impacting them most today.
SMART’s booth can be found in the South Exhibit Hall just inside entrance S11, as the sponsors of the Teaching and Learning Tech Zone. Visitors can get hands-on with the full SMART interactive display line-up, and experience the SMART document camera and unique Tool Explorer cubes that help make learning more accessible and active for all learners.
SMART’s Commitment to Sustainability
We’re giving away an MX V4 Series display, AND with every contest entry, we’ll plant a tree for you! That’s just one of the ways that we’re sharing our commitment to sustainability. We’re also showcasing how our slimline packaging footprint that’s the smallest on the market, the fact that the MX V4 Series interactive display is made with 100% renewable energy, and the fact that SMART displays are up to 50% more efficient than some on the market. Amid the energy crisis and global economic uncertainty, it's more important than ever that schools have access to technology that's sustainable, from both an environmental and budgetary perspective. With SMART, there are great options for every classroom and budget.
Finally, to save paper from printing, visitors can take home a seed packet to both spruce up their home garden, and also give them access to all of the SMART resources and materials via a QR code. But sure to stop by to get hands on with our displays, plant a tree, and take home some flowers. Look for the living wall just inside entrance S11!
Lumio at Bett 2023
Lumio can be found at stand SL21 too. We’ll be encouraging teachers to sign up for free, and everyone who does will receive a Lumio lanyard, and some free resources to make it super simple to get started. Look for the team with the yellow shoes!
