Introduction
SMART Technologies ULC (“SMART”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and users. SMART Meeting Pro (“Meeting Pro”) is designed to provide a powerful, interactive collaboration experience entirely within your organization’s environment.
Meeting Pro is a locally installed Windows application that processes all workspace content, annotations, meeting materials, and configuration settings on the device or network controlled by your organization. SMART does not collect, store, or transmit personal information through Meeting Pro, and no user data is sent to SMART as part of normal operation.
This Privacy Policy explains how Meeting Pro works with information inside your environment and outlines how SMART supports your organization’s privacy and security requirements.
