How to register for Right to Repair

In conjunction with the Right to Repair legislation introduced by the European Union, your organization can become a third-party repairer of selected SMART displays by completing our registration form and providing the following information:

• Proof of valid liability insurance (€500,000 minimum)
• Proof of technical competence to repair electronic displays and compliance with the applicable regulations for repairers of electrical equipment in the Member States where your business operates.
• A valid business license
• A signed copy of SMART’s non-disclosure agreement

Register for Right to Repair

Step 1:

Download and sign the non-disclosure agreement.

Step 2:

Send an email with the company name and country in the Subject line to RightToRepair@smarttech.com that includes:

• Company name
• Website URL
• Business Address
• Primary contact details (name, role, email, and phone)
• Copy of non-disclosure agreement
• Proof of valid liability insurance
• Proof of technical competence
• Operating business license

Step 3:

Our Right to Repair team will be in touch within 5 business days of receiving the above information.
