He has overseen SMART’s re-entry into the business sector with cutting-edge collaborative technology, all while maintaining an unwavering commitment to SMART’s priorities in the world of education.
Nicholas keeps the SMART brand focused on the things that really matter, like prioritizing student wellness, remaining indispensable and easy to use for teachers, and best-in-class privacy and security for all customers. Jeff places a strong emphasis on empathy and connection in his work. Roula Nasser

Roula Nasser is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of SMART Technologies. Roula is a strategic and operational CFO who serves as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. Roula provides direction and discipline on the Company's financial planning and reporting functions in order to achieve SMARTs long term revenue, profitability, and cash flow goals.
Roula brings to SMART many years of senior financial leadership experience from the technology industry. Roula's bias for action and drive for results through evaluating the strategic and financial aspects of business decisions has helped SMART transform its business model, core business processes, and infrastructure to support future growth.
Roula’s counsel and stewardship keeps the broader SMART team focused on the key performance indicators needed for a profitable future for SMART by creating an accountability-based approach that has resulted in a truly data-driven organization ready to expand into new markets.
Matt Sudak
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT,
CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER
As Chief Legal Officer, Matt offers legal and strategic insight to SMART’s executive team and Board of Directors and has been involved in all stages of the company's growth. Matt has been instrumental in the company’s transformation, having navigated SMART’s legal obligations as a public company as well as its sale to Foxconn. He now also oversees relations with the company’s ownership group and prospective investors.
Empowered with cutting edge technology and insights into the industry, Matt and his team of legal professionals deliver expert advice regarding the company’s legal enterprise risk. Matt is passionate about SMART’s continued growth and potential as the company leverages its history and innovation to reach new markets with a focus on what matters most.
