How to Order Using the Alabama Joint Purchasing Program (ALJP) Contract

Note that only Alabama LEA members, universities, and colleges listed on the ALJP website may purchase through this contract

1. Request an official quote

  • Contact the authorized sales contact or reseller for your desired product line.
  • Ask for an ALJP contract quote. Your quote must include:
    • ALJP Contract Number (ALJP2022-212)
    • SKUS/products of interest
    • Itemized pricing (base price before discount, ALJP discount, additional discounts offered, total price)
    • Sales contact details
    • Expiry date for any additional discounts (contract pricing remains valid for the contract term)

2. Place your order

  • Follow your organization’s purchasing procedures.
  • Reference the ALJP Contract Number on all purchase documents.

3. Documentation

  • Keep all quotes and purchase records for auditing.
  • All purchases must reference the assigned ALJP Contract Number.
