We're incredibly proud to share the results of our Hacking for the Holidays initiative, delivered in partnership with the Neil Squire Society. This employee-led holiday effort focused on making play more accessible for children with disabilities across Alberta.
In December, our team came together to adapt toys by adding switches and components – creating accessible play options at a fraction of the cost of commercially available alternatives. Those accessible toys were then donated to families and charitable organisations across Alberta, helping expand inclusive play opportunities for children who need them most.
We're also glad to see this community giving initiative in Calgary recognised in a recent local roundup published by the Calgary Herald, highlighting organisations across the city stepping up to support those in need during the festive season. We're proud to be included alongside other local groups making a meaningful community impact in Alberta.
Moments like this reinforce our continued commitment to accessibility, inclusive design, and corporate social responsibility in Calgary – and to showing up for the community in the city we call home.
Keep reading about this initiative and more local give-back efforts.
