How partner feedback is shaping SMART products

At ISE 2025 in Barcelona, SMART Technologies introduced the SMART Board Mini, a 27” touch screen designed for higher education and corporate meeting spaces. Developed with direct input from channel partners, the device offers real-time interaction, allowing users to take notes, highlight, and annotate presentations – positioning it as a modern alternative to legacy projectors.

"Our channel partners are essential to SMART," said Jeff Lowe, EVP and CCO at SMART. "They serve as the critical link between our technology and the customers who rely on it. By leveraging their expertise and market reach, we not only expand our presence but also ensure that customers receive the highest level of support and service."

SMART is committed to ongoing collaboration, with Lowe reinforcing that "partner insights are invaluable to our continuous innovation." He emphasised that ISE is a key opportunity to connect with AV partners and expand into corporate, higher education, and government markets.
