From Ship to Shore: Meaningful Project Based Learning at Douglasdale School

Project-based learning comes to life for an amazing classroom of students at Douglasdale School - part of the Calgary Board of Education. The Royal Canadian Navy's Ship to Shore program gave them the opportunity to explore a big question - 'what's inside?' With this question at the core of their self-directed work and EdTech like SMART panels and Lumio to support them, students dove into what it means to be part of the Navy, to live on a ship, and so much more.
